Graduate of Fryderyk Chopin Academy of Music in Warsaw, where he studied with Prof. Piotr Reichert. Winner of 1st Prize (as well as Audience Award, and Breguet special prize) at 60th International Music Competition in Geneva, or 2nd Prize at International ARD Competition in Munich in 2004.

Regularly performs as soloist and chamber musician. Collaboration with such conductors, as Sir Roger Norrington, Seiji Ozawa, Krzysztof Penderecki, or Reinhard Goebel opened for him the door to several prestigious concert halls throughout Europe. Has appeared in most philharmonic concert halls in Poland, as well as given concerts in Switzerland, Germany, Austria, USA, Spain, Holland, Italy, and France. As soloist, has performed with such ensembles, as Südwestrundfunk Symphonieorchester Stuttgart, Symphonieorchester des Bayerischen Rundfunk, Sinfonia Varsovia, National Symphony Orchestra of Polish Radio in Katowice, Orchestre de Chambre de Geneve, Collegium Musicum Basel, and Capella Bydgostiensis. As chamber musician, has col­laborated with Gidon Kremer, Heinrich Schiff, Yuri Bashmet, Ko Iwasaki, or Frans Helmersson, to name just a few. Regularly invited to festivals, where he shares the stage with such artists, as Pinchas Zuckerman, David Geringas, Krystian Zimerman, Daniel Hope, Rudolf Buchbinder, Julian Rachlin, Fabio di Casola, or Gringolts Quartet.

Has made a number of chamber music recordings for Deutsche Gramm­ophone, and Sony, as well as for radio stations in Poland, Germany, France and Switzerland. Lecturer at Fryderyk Chopin University of Music in Warsaw (2007–2009). Has delivered masterclasses in Poland, Germany and France. Soloist with Zürcher Kammerorchester since March 2009.
